My Second Home was founded in 2004 in Franklin, TN with the purpose of reinventing the “kennel” concept and emerged as a world class pet boarding resort (without the price!) serving Brentwood, Franklin and the greater Nashville, TN area. We understand that physical interaction and passion, do not alone constitute what is required in order to demonstrate our full commitment to the love and care of your pet. Rather, true love and care must start with ensuring that our facility provides a level of safety, serenity, and healthcare. LEARN MORE

We have been clients at MSH for almost ten years now. Each year tends to get more organized and the staff seems to grow more passionate and friendly. Our dog, Max, absolutely loves the people there and each person knows him by name. You can tell the employees love their jobs and that makes an enormous difference - a rare find.
COMPLEMENTARY CURBSIDE PORTER
Our free porter service is here to help you and your pet get unloaded and checked-in at the front desk.
My Second Home could not be more appropriately named!! Our giant poodle puppy has been playing in day care three times a week for over a year. She has boarded when we are out of town, and all of her grooming needs are handled by the skillful groomers on staff. We are thrilled to have a place like this, everyone knows our dog by name and personality.

It’s called “Head Pressing”, and if you witness your dog or cat exhibiting such behavior, it’s strongly recommended that you take your pet to your veterinarian immediately. […]
